
Once every year the winding paths of Stout Park in Brookings are lined with artists and artisans. For two days live music drifts across the park along with the enticing aromas from the food court.

The Festival of Art in Stout Park is sponsored by Pelican Bay Arts Association and surrounds PBAA's Manley Art Center.

PBAA's signature Pelican welcomes visitors to the Festival.

Chetco Coffee Roasters in the Food Court were a welcome sight for morning festival goers.
