Rob Decker encouraged a couple of Brookings' artists to attend John Hewitt's free watercolor class in Yosemite National Park, California. Rob Decker and Verna Pooler drove down from Brookings, Oregon and attended every day. I drove from Sacramento and attended the Saturday workshop.
What a treat to plein air paint in the Yosemite valley with a large group of artists from all over.
The weather could not have been any better for October.
