Liz James, long time artist, art teacher, and musician, was feted at Manley Art Center during the November Second Saturday Art Walk.
The Gallery was full all evening with people wanting to greet Liz.
Rapp Brush and friend provided musical entertainment.
The Limericists: Christian Olsen, Marg Woodfin, Horst Wolf, Elmo Williams, Lynn Guild, and Jo Mochulski, regaled us with rhyming tales and odes to Liz.
Pilot photographer Bill Schlichting had to elbow his way in to get a few photographs.

Deweys Digs presented a wonderful show of photographs taken by local artists who recently visited China.
At Wrights Gallery Down Under, Janis Parker's wonderful watercolor work is showing. Am I seeing a ghost? Isn't that Janis standing on the right? I looked around and didn't see her and then took a few photos and still didn't see her... but there she is in this photo -- and she isn't in all the photos.
Upstairs at Wrights Custom Framing, Gold Beach Artist Sharon Guinn extolled the virtues of Upo paper - and gave some hints on how to use it. You can see her work at Wrights during the entire month of November.
