Join us May 1-3, 2009 at Gold Beach, Oregon's newest gem, the Goldrush Center, for a weekend celebrating the finest art works from coast to coast artists and beyond. With over 255 entries, 98 paintings have been juried into the show by 54 artists.
The GoldRush Art Festival is a national juried art competition, with special events showcasing artist's demonstrations by Alexandra Eyer, J.M.Steele, Jan Horn, & Susan D'Amico; educational lectures; kids art day; scenic Rogue River Jet boat rides; bus tours of local inspirational painting locations; a ticketed Saturday night gala awards reception displaying magnificent art; along with the best of local cuisine, (Rory Meadows), wine, refreshments and live music.
Come and meet the artists and celebrate the arts in the midst of the supreme natural beauty of the southern Oregon coast, with its dramatic seascapes, pristine beaches, and wild rivers!
