Entry Forms for the Azalea Festival Art Show are available at: Manley Art Center, Words & Pictures, Chetco Library, Signatures, Pieces of Time, Crescent Harbor Art Gallery, Chetco Pharmacy, Mory’s, Judy’s Frame Shop, and Bisquit Gallery in Gold Beach. The forms include a complete prospectus for the show.
This year's Azalea Festival Art Show will be held at the Azalea Middle School Gym on Saturday, May 24 from 11 am to 5 pm and on Sunday, May 25 from 11 am to 4 pm.
Seasons by the Sea is this year’s theme. All artists age 18 or older may submit up to 4 original works of art — created within the past two years, no student or workshop art, work not shown previously at the Azalea Art Show, not to exceed 40” in any dimension, framed and ready for hanging with wire hangers. The entry fee is $10 per piece, and there is a 25% commission on work sold at the show.

Registration is at Manley Art Center and Gallery during the following times:
May 9 and 10, 10 am—4 pm
May 15, 11am—4 pm
Or mail your entry form and check to arrive by May 21.
Bring or send your registration form and a check only to register - do not bring your art at this time.
Deliver your art entries to The Azalea Middle School gym on May 23 between 4 and 6 pm.
