Host Wolf and Friends entertained with comtemporary jazz at Central Gallery where large works of contemporary art by Port Orford oil and arcylic artist Daemian Hawthorne were displayed.
The audience enjoyed listening to The Rogue River Jam at the newest gallery in Brookings, Pieces of Time Gallery and Framing. Pieces of Time now has locations in both Gold Beach and Brookings. The Brookings location (509 Chetco, next to The Pilot) is currently featuring Christina Olsen's latest work, along with other Brookings artists including Dale Wells and Tricia Easley.
Rapp Brush played guitar and sang at Manley Art Center and Gallery, where the work of many local artists is always displayed. Carol Salin is the December Artist of the Month.
Twice a year - in June and December - Southwestern Oregon Community College in Brookings participates in the Art Walk. SWOCC displays the work of past and present faculty and students. Musical entertainment was provided by Billie Ruth, Saun and Steve.
Other equally wonderful venues included Signatures Gallery, Eye for Art, Words and Pictures, Chetco Library, Diamond Electronics, Banana Belt Music Co, and Summit Real Estate. Summit Real Estate is new to the Art Walk and featured Maritime Watercolors by Dale Wells and Horst Wolf.
