American Music Festival Concerts in the Park
Musical artists take center stage at Azalea Park. Concerts are held at 1 pm every other Sunday from June to mid-September.
Coastal Garden and Art Tour
Presented by the Curry County Master Gardeners, featuring the artists of Manley Art Center
The Curry County Master Gardeners' sixth annual Coastal Garden and Art Tour will be held on Saturday August 18, 2012. The price for this delightful, self-guided, tour is only $10 per person in advance ($12 at the door) and the proceeds enable the Curry County Master Gardeners to serve us all better. Local artists and craftspeople will be at work in each of eight lovely, local gardens. They will give demonstrations and offer art for sale.
Tickets are available July 1 at these locations:
Brookings at Manley Art Center, Wrights, Chetco Pharmacy, Winchuck Gardens, and the Wildbird and Backyard Store.

Festival of the Arts
August 4 and 5, 2012 - Azalea Park, Brookings
Admission and parking FREE. Fine Arts and Crafts vendors can be seen at this show. Demonstrations are scheduled througout the festival. Children's activities are available.
Second Saturday Art Walk
Held from 4 pm - 7 pm in Brookings on the second Saturday of each month
Galleries included on the Walk: Manley Art Center, Chetco Community Library, Wrights Custom Framing, Dewey' Digs, Signatures Gallery, Brian Scott Gallery, and A Wild Bird and Backyard General Store. Also in June and December Southwestern Community College participates.

Azalea Festival
Friday - Monday, May 26-28, 2012, Art Show, Flower Show and Plant Sale, Juried Craft Fair, Book Sale, Street Fair, Bonsai Exhibition, Quilt Show, Fiber Artists Sale and Exhibit, Orchid Show, Kid's Fishing Pond, Deep Pit BBQ, Beer Garden, Parade... and lots more.
The Azalea Festival Art Show is held at The Azalea Middle School Gym. Doors open from 11 am to 5 pm on Saturday, May 26, and 11 am to 4 pm on Sunday, May 27, 2012. Entries in the art show are classified (novice, intermediate, advanced, and professional) and each category competes for ribbons. There are categories for oil, watercolor, acrylic, other medium (drawing, pastel, mixed media, computer generated art), photography/digital art, and three-dimensional art (fiber, china, pottery, sculpture). All art must be 100% original in concept, design, and execution. Most art is offered for sale. Local artists donate art for a silent auction which is a fund raiser for the Children's Art Program at Manley Art Center and Gallery.
Winter Art and Chocolate Festival
February 11 and 12, 2012. Held on Valentine's Day weekend, this two day event features most anything you can "tastefully" do with chocolate - plus lots of other art and crafts. Admission is free. Doors are open from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday and 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday at Brookings Harbor High School.
Artists' Home Studio Tour
July -- This Tour is now a biannual event. The next tour will be in 2013. Tickets are available at Manley Art Center and Gallery for this self-guided tour of local artists' studios.

Wine, Art, and Music Festival
Sunday, May 20, 2012. Event Center on the Beach in Downtown Gold Beach, OR
Admission is $10 per person and includes wine tasting, and a raffle ticket. Local wineries and restaurants offer tasting of wine and bistro-style food. Local artists and craftspeople display and demonstrate. Live music by local musicians.
