CPP's Summer Acting Camp will start 6/24 and run for 10 sessions with a final Family Party Night. Acting Camp helps new actors develop skills and have fun exploring the stage through improv games, skits, exercises and demonstrations of make up, costuming, lighting, and set building. Recommended for ages 8+. Younger students may attend but may need a parent to stay and help. Many of the acting camp students will be invited to participate in The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe production. Acting Camp will not have a separate production this year but students will have a chance to show off their skills and perform skits on the Family Party Night. Camp counselors are also needed. Cost is $35 for one child, $25 for a second or third child, and includes CPP theater membership for the year. Signups are either at the production auditions 6/17 & 6/18 6:30 PM (acting camp students are encouraged to stay and watch the auditions if they would like to) or on the first day of acting camp 6/24 at 6:00PM.
