The National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center is pleased to announce a call for entries for our fall exhibit, Trails Through Time: Contemporary Photography of the Oregon Trail. The show will be presented in our Flagstaff Gallery in Baker City, Oregon, September 21 – November 12, 2012.
This invitational exhibition asks photographers to reimagine the Oregon Trail landscape of the 1850’s and to interpret how the pioneers might have captured their journey if they had packed one of our modern cameras in their wagons.
Entries from all states that the trail passed through are encouraged, to represent a photographic journey along the 2,000 mile length of the National Historic Oregon Trail. Entry guidelines are detailed in the Call for Entries Flyer Below (Click for Full Size Version to Print); the deadline for submissions is June 30, 2012.
