April 9-11, 2010 the Watercolor Society of Oregon will hold their Spring Convention and Show in Brookings at Manley Art Center. Members will participate in paint-ins, paint-outs, and critique sessions. Their spring juried show will be judged by famous water media artist, Stephen Quiller. Members will also stay at local hotels and eat at local restaurants, and their significant others will fish, golf, tour, and otherwise stimulate the local economy.
