The original cantaloupe "model" inadvertently ended up on the buffet table in small peices. Fortunately Crescent City artist, Garretta Lamore, knew exactly where to find a replacement in a hurry.
Elio has no problem painting and talking at the same time. The audience never ran out of questions and Elio was never stumped for an answer.
Elio has been asked to demonstrate at Brookings' Manley Art Center in June or July and he has agreed to schedule a date as soon as possible.
